Your positioning, your choice
We offer two options. Side-lying with supportive body pillows is the most common and is comfortable at any stage of pregnancy. We also have a prenatal body cushion that allows you to lie face down with openings that support the belly and chest. Let us know which you’d prefer when you book, or your therapist will talk it through with you before your massage begins.
